Half days this week for parent conferences. Please be on time as I am full up on Tuesday and Wednesday and have no time to spare. We do not have school on Friday in observance of Veteran's Day.
Last week our trip to Hagley was a big success. Students learned about life about 150 years ago at the DuPont Powder Mill.
This week, in Math, we will be learning about patterns via "quilt squares". In Reading we will be learning about the"ng" dipthong and learning about plural nouns. We will be retelling a story focusing on the beginning, middle and end of the story to help with our comprehension.
We will also be presenting our science projects. Many that have been presented so far have shown great creativity. If you did not finish yours, please have it in by Thursday.
